Here you’ll find a collection of Showreels and videos from productions that I’ve worked on in the past, including some information about the projects themselves and my role while working on them.
Le Parfum D’Irak is a feature film directed by Leonard Cohen and a co-production between Miyu and Lumière productions.
The movie follows the autobiographical story of journalist Feurat Alani, who shows us his relation to the country of Iraq and its people from his point of view as someone with Iraqi heritage.
On this production, my tasks mostly included animating shots from rough to fully cleaned and coloured based on the layouts provided by the department in Miyu. This was mostly done in TVPaint, but I’ve also made additional animation in Adobe After Effects, including a rig of a centipede creature made with the DUIK Angela plug-in.
Hey Fuzzy Yellow is a preschool tv-series, directed by Mans Swanberg and a co-production by Toon2Tango (DE), Curiosity Ink Media (US), Hotel Hungaria (BE) and Treehouse Republic (IRL)
I was added to the project as a compositor a few months after the production had already started, but soon I was able to grow into the lead compositor role, as well as lead FX animator. The latter half of the 52 episodes also feature quite a few props that were rigged by me. All work was done inside of Toon Boom Harmony
A Long Goodbye is an Interactive VR film directed by Kate Voet & Victor Maes
I was brought onto the project for a short while, to see if it would’ve been more efficient to do via rigging in Adobe After Effects. I ended up contributing to two scenes.
